【About the baffle】

【Attention.】
We have 100 units of this product in stock in Japan, but as a result of our research, we found that some of the nickel plating is not well done, and in 3 out of 100 units, there are some plating floating on the surface (mainly on the side close to the flange) when heat is applied. Also, some of the black specs had peeling paint. If you wrap the bandage around the muffler, you can't see it, and it also has the merit of reducing the thermal efficiency due to the nature of the short muffler. However, we are offering this item at a special disposal price for those who do not want to put bandage on the muffler. So, if you prefer to keep the chrome or black version, we are offering this product at a special price! If you prefer the chrome or black version, please purchase it as it is and accept it as a "special item". If you really want a muffler with no floating plating (chrome) or heat-resistant paint that will not peel off (black), we will apply nickel plating again at our trusted factory. If you want a muffler without floating plating, the price will be 40,000 yen. If you want a black painted muffler that does not peel off easily, the price will be 30,000 yen! However, please note that it will take time (one to two months) as it is made-to-order construction. I personally recommend bandaging the muffler for thermal efficiency.If you are handy, why don't you give it a try?
【注意】
100台分の国内在庫がございますが、調べた結果、ニッケルめっきの出来が悪いものが混ざっており、100台分のうちの3対1の割合で、熱を加えた際に表面（主にフランジに近い側）にめっきの浮きが発生するものがございました。又、ブラック仕様の方は塗装の剥がれが発生するものもありました。バンテージを巻いちゃえば見えなくもなり、ショートマフラーという性質上、熱効率も抑えるメリットもございます。が、どうしてもバンテージを巻きたくないという場合も考え、訳アリ処分価格にてご提供させていただきます。よって、そのままクローム仕様またはブラック仕様が良い！という方も、このまま訳アリ商品というカテゴリー扱い承諾という形でお買い求め下さい。尚、どうしてもメッキの浮きナシでのマフラー（クローム）及び耐熱塗装が剥がれない（ブラック）をお求めの方は、弊社、信頼工場で再ニッケルめっき加工を施します。メッキの浮きの無いマフラーご希望の際は４万円での販売と致します。又、剥がれにくいブラック塗装マフラーご希望の際は３万円のでご了承ください！但し、受注施工となりますのでお時間（一カ月～二カ月）をいただきますのでご了承下さい。個人的には、熱効率のことも考えるとバンテージを巻くことをオススメ致します。。

※尚、下地処理＆塗装をご自身でされてから使用する方にとっては非常に魅力のあるお値段かと思いますので、器用な方は是非、チャレンジしてみてはいかがでしょうか！

*Installation is not possible on mid-control vehicles of FX series models due to interference. If some modification is possible, it may be possible to install the product, but please do so at your own risk.
If your vehicle is not one of the above mid-control models, please consult with your local pro store and have the footpeg area changed or relocated.
*Carb adjustments (e.g., slow jet replacement) may be necessary when changing to a short muffler, so please consult with your local pro store.
 
※FX系モデルのミッドコントロール車輛には干渉してしまうため取付ができません。多少の加工を可能とすれば取付ができる場合もございますが自己責任の範囲でお願いします。

※上記以外のミッドコントロール車輛でも、基本、干渉してしまいますので、そのような車体は最寄りのプロショップさんと念入りに打ち合わせしてフットペグまわりを変更移設するなど行ってください。

※ショートマフラーに交換することでキャブ調整（スロージェット交換等）が必要となる場合もございますので最寄りのプロショップさんにご相談下さい。
